Program Design

Session 1

It's All About You

We focus on you. Your medical history, your expectations, your wellness goals. Together, we go through the Health Questionnaire that you get to fill out before the first session. We create a roadmap for the next 6 sessions and set the basics for an individual wellness plan.

Session 4

Detox Your Genes

Since there are over 77.000 toxic chemicals in our environment, our bodies need to detox on a regular basis. In this module, you'll learn how and when to do this best and which products support you in detoxing your life.

Session 2

Diet & Exercise

You'll learn about a healthy nutrition that's influencing your genes positively. We identify a meal as well as a supplementation plan that goes hand in hand with balanced exercising but most of all fits into your lifestyle. It's all about individualization!

Session 5

Rest & Rejuvenation

Since the body needs to be in homeostasis - its natural state of balance - in order to repair itself and heal on a genetic level, we'll have a look at your Autonomic Nervous System activity and how to optimize it. Additionally, you'll learn how to improve your sleep, the body's most important source of rejuvenation.

Session 3

Destress Your Genes

We identify stressors in your life that contribute to your health issue or are holding you back in achieving your wellness goal. Through science-proven tools & techniques, you'll learn how to deal with those stressors and bring your body back into balance in order for it to heal.

Session 6

Growth Mindset & Sustainable Success

Now that your body is back into balance and provides you with more energy than ever, we'll focus on how to change a limited mindset to a growth one. You'll learn how to nurture your mind in order to keep the body-mind-connection healthy and be sustainably successful.
